Development of a database containing collision cross section values for glycans, peptides, and glycopeptides utilizing Agilent Technologies 6560 IM-QTOF to examine how the addition of saccharide units affects the collision cross section of glycopeptides and determine if the folding pattern of glycopeptides is dependent on peptide length or sugar composition. Use ion mobility spectrometry to study the structures of native proteins and protein complexes.
